The Ascension DePaul Foundation, formerly Daughters of Charity Foundation, is excited to host the
annual Champions FORE Health Golf Tournament once again this Fall,
presented by Quest Diagnostics.
Join us for tournament festivities including a Putting Contest with the Daughters of Charity, Closest-to-Pin and Longest Drive Competitions, prizes for the Top 3 Teams, and the chance to win a car from Banner Chevrolet with a Hole-in-One!
All proceeds will benefit the patients of DePaul Community Health Centers (DCHC).
DCHC works to increase access to health care for all members of our New Orleans community,
regardless of their ability to pay.
